Click to Cancel

In order to comply with federal regulations, you need to provide a way for users to quickly cancel any recurring payments that they've created on your site. A link to this form appears in the footer of your website. It is your responsibility to respond to any payment cancellation requests in a timely manner.

"Click to Cancel" method

Select the method by which users can ask to cancel their recurring payments.

Popup form
This will add a link to your website's footer that, when clicked on, launches the default "Click to Cancel" form in a popup. The form will ask for the user's name and email address as well as details about their cancellation request.
