API Errors


The Springboard uses conventional HTTP response codes to indicate success or failure of an API request. In general, codes in the 2xx range indicate success, codes in the 4xx range indicate an error that resulted from the provided information, and codes in the 5xx range indicate an error on the Springboard servers.

HTTP Code Meaning
200

Everything worked as expected.

401

No API key was sent with the request.

403

Unauthorized to access the requested resource.

404

The requested resource does not exist.

422

Invalid or missing parameter.

500

There is a problem on the Springboard servers.
