This will also be their username when they log in to their Springboard account.
Acceptable passwords follow these guidelines
- Contain at least 3 of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, special characters or spaces
- Are at least 8 characters long
- Are not the word PASSWORD
- Are not the same as the account name

Specify the groups that this user belongs to as a member.
