I don't see the "Connect this form to an email marketing campaign?" option
This feature is only available if your account has email marketing turned on. Contact your account administrator or Firespring support to ask about adding email marketing to your account.
I can't see any groups in the Groups dropdown
You need to create groups in your email marketing system first. Log in to your email marketing account and create at least one group. Then come back to this form and try again.
If you've already created groups, try refreshing the page (press F5 on your keyboard or click the refresh button in your browser).
I selected a group but it disappeared
Click slowly inside the Groups box. Sometimes clicking too fast can cause issues.
Make sure you're clicking on the group name itself, not just near it.
If the problem continues, try refreshing the page and starting over.
The form won't save and shows an error about Groups
Make sure you've selected at least one group. The Groups field is required.
Check that you've also selected an email field—this is also required.
The form won't save and shows an error about Email field
You must select which field contains the email address. Look for the "Email" field dropdown and make sure you've selected a field from your form.
I'm not sure which field to select for First Name
If your form has a single "Name" field, choose "Detect Automatically."
If your form has separate fields for first and last names, select the one that collects first names.
If you're still not sure, select "No field selected" for now. You can always come back and change it later.
People are being added to my email list but their names are wrong
Check that you've selected the correct fields for first name and last name. You might have them switched.
If you're using automatic detection, make sure your form field is actually collecting full names (both first and last together).
The checkbox text looks strange on my form
Check your spelling and punctuation in the "Opt-in field label" and "Opt-in checkbox label" boxes.
Try using shorter, simpler text if the message looks too long on your form.
I changed the checkbox setting but it's not working
Make sure you saved the form after making changes.
Try refreshing your website page to see the updated form.
If you're looking at a test page or preview, make sure you're viewing the most recent version.
